On December 11th, a leader of Ea Súp commune ( Dak Lak province) confirmed that the unit had held a meeting with schools whose students receive meals sponsored by the "Feed My Child" project, in order to assess the actual situation.
According to the commune leader, on December 10th, the "Feeding Children" project fully paid the meal expenses for September and October to the students in the commune who were sponsored by the project.

"Typically, after schools provide meals for students for two months, this project will make the payment. We are very happy and hope the project will continue to help ethnic minority students in the commune have more quality meals," the leader of Ea Súp commune shared.
The "Feeding Children" project is providing financial support to 172 students at Cu M'lan Primary School and 62 students at Ea Le Secondary School in the border commune of Ea Sup. Each student receives a meal allowance of 8,500 VND.
Previously, Ms. Tran Thi Thuy, Principal of Cu M'lan Primary School, stated that the project's meal funds are regularly paid to the school every two months. For September and October, the funds had been approved by the unit but not yet transferred.
At the same time, the project representative said that the account was temporarily suspended but would be reinstated to the school.
At this time, Ms. Thuy expressed her hope that the project would go smoothly, as the school was in debt for food from its suppliers and was waiting for funds from the project to pay them back.
Previously, the "Sponsor Children" project transferred funds to the former district-level Departments of Education and Training, which then distributed them to schools. After the abolition of district-level government, the donations are now transferred directly to schools.
“Nuoi em” is a charity project founded by Mr. Hoang Hoa Trung in 2014, with the goal of bringing nutritious lunches to students in mountainous areas.
Each benefactor can “adopt” a child through a small daily contribution, helping schools maintain their kitchens and significantly reducing the number of students dropping out of school.
From a small group, the project has grown into an ecosystem supporting children in the highlands with many activities such as building schools, building boarding houses, providing clean water and bookcases.
Recently, social networks have been abuzz with information about the "Raising Children" project's lack of transparency with its benefactors.
Mr. Hoang Hoa Trung announced freezing the project account from 10:00 p.m. on December 7, expected for 15 days.
