"Fixing a Cloud" is a collection of 10 short stories by author Nguyen Ngoc Tu. This collection "takes readers into a new space on a quiet but deeply personal literary journey" by the writer from the Southern region of Vietnam.

Due to personal reasons, writer Nguyen Ngoc Tu was unable to attend the awards ceremony recently held in Kunming City, Yunnan Province, China, to receive her award.

The Dianchi Literary Magazine, established in 1979, is the cultural publication of Yunnan Province. The organizers stated that the award always adheres to the principle of prioritizing the quality of works, not favoring famous writers, and supporting many promising young writers.

Established in 2003 by the Dianchi Literary Magazine and managed by the Kunming Federation of Literature and Arts, the award is given annually to categories such as novels, poetry, and prose.

The Southeast Asian Literature category, established in 2018, honors the works of writers from 11 countries in the region. Last year's winner was Ekagunyawan from Indonesia.

Writer Nguyen Ngoc Tu, 47 years old, residing in Ca Mau , is the author of many famous works: "Island", "Magnificent Sky Smoke", "Endless Field", "Lone Wind", "No One Crosses the River", "Empty Luggage".

The author has received numerous national and international literary awards, such as the Twenty-Year-Old Literature Award and the ASEAN Literature Award 2008. Several of Nguyen Ngoc Tu's books have been translated into Korean, English, German, and Swedish.
