Accordingly, at 8:40 AM on September 10th, Ms. Tran Thi Phuc boarded bus route 101A (Giap Bat Bus Station - Van Dinh) with license plate 29B-20880 from the bus stop in Phu Xuyen district, and got off at the bus stop in Thuong Tin district, but carelessly left her bag on the bus, which contained a large sum of money she had just withdrawn from the bank (approximately 150 million VND).

Ms. Phuc was returned her forgotten belongings by the bus company.

Upon discovering she had left her belongings behind, Ms. Phuc contacted the managing unit of route 101A, Tan Dat Center (a unit of Transerco), for assistance. She learned that the route's driver, Mr. Pham Van Toan, and the service staff member, Mr. Pham Tien Lung, had searched for and carefully preserved the property. They also reported the incident to their unit for verification and to try to contact the passenger who had left her belongings behind.

Upon verification, Tan Dat Center contacted Ms. Tran Thi Phuc to come to the center to receive the full amount of money and items left behind in the vehicle.

Upon receiving her large sum of money back, Mrs. Tran Thi Phuc could not hide her joy at the responsible, dedicated, and honest actions of the bus staff.

"The dedicated and honest work of driver Pham Van Toan and service staff member Pham Tien Lung not only moved and warmed my heart, but also made me clearly feel the responsibility of bus staff towards their work and passengers using public transportation," said Ms. Phuc.
