On June 2, according to Thanh Nien reporter's source, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province has just signed and issued a plan to train cadres, civil servants and public employees abroad using the state budget in 2024.

Accordingly, in 2024, Ca Mau province will train 59-64 cadres, civil servants and public employees abroad with the state budget. Specifically, training knowledge on the role of Party committees, political and social organizations in the grassroots political system in leading and directing the construction and development of the economy and society in rural areas; developing the marine economy associated with environmental protection; experience in building local specific products (OCOP program).

Training, fostering, and improving leadership, management, and operational capacity for current leaders and managers and those planned for leadership and management positions to meet the requirements of the 2020-2025 term and the 2025-2030 period; gradually becoming capable of working in an international environment.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province directed that the organization of training programs must closely follow the planning and training of cadres of the province for the 2020-2025 term and the following terms, ensuring the right subjects; the field of work is suitable for the training topic; the program content must be practical, effective, meeting the political tasks of the province in the new situation. In particular, cadres, civil servants and public employees sent for training must strictly comply with the internal rules, study regulations and related regulations.
