The girl named N. pinned H.'s head to the ground and beat her.

According to a video clip recording the scene of the group beating and stripping of the female student, at approximately 11:00 AM on December 5th, in the park area of the Cau Ba Duong residential project (Thu Thua Town, Thu Thua District, Long An Province), LGH (13 years old, a grade 8 student at Nhi Thanh Secondary School, Nhi Thanh Commune, Thu Thua District) was pinned to the ground by several people and repeatedly beaten with hands and helmets. H. begged for mercy and did not dare to fight back.

According to H., at around 11:40 AM on December 5th, she was waiting for her grandmother to pick her up when a female student named TT (from the same school) invited her to go to Cau Ba Duong Park. T. gave H. a ride on her electric bicycle.

One of the men in the group hit H. with a helmet, causing her to fall backward onto the ground.

Upon arrival, H. met a girl named N. (19 years old, residing in Nhi Thanh commune, Thu Thua district) and several others waiting. As soon as N. saw H., she said, "Whose face is covered in tons of cream and powder?" and then lunged at her, attacking her relentlessly. H. tried to explain and beg for mercy, but N. still pinned her to the ground and hit her repeatedly on the head and back. When N. stopped hitting her, a male student used a helmet to repeatedly hit H. on the head, face, and back, causing her to fall to the ground. At this point, two other female students rushed in, attacked H., and stripped off her shirt.

After being beaten, H. was disoriented and couldn't remember all the people who beat him. He begged a woman (who had also participated in the beating of N.) to give him a ride home.

Many people beat and stripped off H.'s clothes in the middle of the park.

Ms. PTH (65 years old, residing in Nhi Thanh commune), H.'s grandmother, said that at around 1 PM on December 5th, H. was brought home by a friend and went into her bedroom until 10 PM without eating, drinking, or speaking to anyone. When she went to wake H. up, she discovered many bruises on H.'s back, face, and head. H. was drowsy, vomiting, and unresponsive to family members, so the family took her to Long An Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment. After a week of treatment, H. was still vomiting and dizzy, so she was transferred to Cho Ray Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City).

According to the medical records of Long An Provincial General Hospital, child patient LGH suffered head and neck injuries and multiple body injuries as a result of being assaulted.

Speaking with a reporter from Thanh Nien Newspaper on December 17th, H. burst into tears repeatedly.

Currently, the Thu Thua District Police have summoned those over 18 years old who participated in the assault on H. for questioning; at the same time, they have directed the Nhi Thanh Commune Police and the Thu Thua Town Police to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training and the Principal of Nhi Thanh Secondary School to contact and work with the students who participated in the assault and recorded the video. The Department of Education and Training, the school's principal, and the homeroom teacher have visited H.'s home to offer support and encouragement so that he can quickly return to school.

According to Ms. Tran Thi Kim Nha, after the final conclusion is reached regarding the case of the female student being beaten and stripped naked in the park, the Department of Education and Training and the District Police will report to the People's Committee of Thu Thua District; and at the same time propose a course of action in accordance with the law.
