At the launching ceremony, land use right certificates will be issued to 30 families of war veterans, relatives of martyrs, poor and near-poor households; and 3 households from the above categories will be selected to receive support and begin construction of their houses.
Thereby, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging, motivating and calling on the entire political system, organizations, individuals and people to join hands and support in various forms such as: contributing cash, working days, materials, utensils... to accompany the province to successfully achieve the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.
