Lao Cai will hold a ceremony to launch the emulation movement "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" in mid-July. (Illustrative image)

At the launching ceremony, land use right certificates will be issued to 30 families of war veterans, relatives of martyrs, poor and near-poor households; and 3 households from the above categories will be selected to receive support and begin construction of their houses.

This will create a vibrant atmosphere of emulation, encourage and motivate the spirit, and call upon the entire political system, organizations, individuals, and people to join forces and wholeheartedly support the province in various forms such as: contributing cash, labor, materials, supplies, etc., to successfully achieve the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.
