Wanted subject discovered while receiving Vietnamese citizen returned from Cambodia

On July 8, at border marker 313, the Ha Tien International Border Guard Station (An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command) presided over and coordinated with relevant authorities to receive 65 Vietnamese citizens from the PrekChak International Border Guard Station (Kingdom of Cambodia).

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tan Duong, Chief of the Border Guard Station at Ha Tien International Border Gate and Colonel Bot Sok Moni, Deputy Chief of the Police Station at Prek Chak International Border Gate signed and handed over the minutes of handover of Vietnamese citizens.

65 Vietnamese citizens were returned by the PrekChak International Border Gate Police Station (Kingdom of Cambodia) for violating regulations on illegal entry, exit, work, and residence.

After receiving the case, the Ha Tien International Border Guard Station coordinated with relevant functional forces to conduct screening, investigation, verification and handling according to the provisions of law. Through the screening and classification process, the functional forces discovered 1 wanted subject and 1 wanted subject.

Ha Tien International Border Guard Station conducts procedures to arrest wanted subjects

Nguyen Van Quang, born on June 4, 2005, permanent resident of Cap Thuong village, Tien Tien commune, Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province (now Hai Phong city), is a wanted subject according to Wanted Decision 371/QD-TN, dated December 13, 2024 of the Criminal Enforcement Agency, Hai Duong Provincial Police (before the merger) for the crime of disturbing public order.

After carrying out the required professional procedures, the Ha Tien International Border Guard Station handed over the subject to the Criminal Enforcement Agency, Hai Phong City Police.

Vietnamese citizens are received by the Border Guard Station of Ha Tien International Border Gate.

Nguyen Quoc An, born on December 8, 2005, registered permanent residence in Vinh Phuoc ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province, is a wanted person according to Decision No. 8185/QD-CSDT-DTM, dated December 27, 2025 of the Investigation Police Agency of Nha Trang City Police, Khanh Hoa province. An is involved in a case of illegal drug trafficking.

After carrying out the required professional procedures, the Ha Tien International Border Guard Station handed over the subject to the Investigation Police Agency of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
