Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung requested the Ha Tinh City Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc to continue to coordinate effectively to complete tasks and contribute to overall development.

On the afternoon of January 18th, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee held a conference to assess the implementation of the coordinated activity program with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc for the period 2021-2025.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Duong Tat Thang, Secretary of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee, and Mr. Dang Ngoc Son, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Phan Ngoc Long reported on the results of the cooperation program between the two units for the period 2021 - 2025.

Over the past period, the Party committees of the two units have directed the concretization and inclusion of coordination content into their annual work programs and plans; they have thoroughly disseminated, publicized, and seriously implemented the plan.

In the work of Party building and strengthening the political system, the two units have coordinated in disseminating and implementing policies, resolutions, directives, and regulations; maintaining the provision of information and documents to guide propaganda in various fields; coordinating the effective transfer of Party organizations and members; and coordinating the work of inspection, supervision, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption and negative practices.

In leading the implementation of political tasks, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc has participated in providing opinions or making requests to provincial departments, agencies, and organizations to assist the city in implementing major policies, especially the city's development program, strategic infrastructure projects, and mechanisms and policies that have a significant impact on people's lives.

Leaders should enhance the responsibility of grassroots Party organizations, cadres, Party members, civil servants, and workers to be exemplary and at the forefront of the emulation movement to build civilized urban areas and new rural areas in their places of residence; and participate in implementing social welfare policies and charitable and humanitarian work.

Secretary of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee, Duong Tat Thang, discussed several areas requiring coordination in the coming period.

In addition, leaders should direct grassroots Party organizations and Party members to build culturally exemplary agencies, units, and enterprises; and coordinate the effective implementation of national defense and security tasks within agencies, units, and enterprises.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc also provided over 200 million VND to support the project of planting 100,000 urban trees.

In the coming period, the two units will continue to effectively implement the contents of the cooperation program, strengthen coordination in leadership, direction, dissemination, and implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and the City Party Committee's and the Party Committee of the Provincial Civil and Enterprise Bloc's regulations. They will closely coordinate and regularly exchange and provide information on relevant issues in Party building and organization. They will also strengthen monitoring of Party members' residences to provide information to the Party Committee of the Bloc for supervision.

In his remarks at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung stated that coordination between the Ha Tinh City Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc plays a crucial role in fulfilling the tasks of each unit.

To improve coordination, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the City Party Committee to provide the Provincial Party Committee of State Agencies and Enterprises with complete guidelines and policies to support propaganda work. In addition, they should monitor public opinion; effectively manage Party members and citizens; build a workplace culture; develop urban management regulations; and direct the implementation of civilized practices in weddings, funerals, and festivals.

Regarding Party building work, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that units review and organize appropriate Party badge awarding programs; coordinate effectively in conducting Party branch activities; actively cooperate in the recruitment of Party members, especially in developing Party members in enterprises; and mobilize the intellectual contributions of Party members to build and develop the city...

In addition, effectively coordinate the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee on building and developing the culture and people of Ha Tinh in the new period; strictly manage and disseminate information to prevent Party members from violating security and order; advise, contribute, reflect, and propose policies and solutions to contribute to the overall development of the province...
