The Provincial Police Youth Union currently has 10 grassroots organizations with more than 1,280 youth union members. Being proactive, volunteering, and making achievements for the security of the Fatherland, the Youth Union at all levels has proactively registered and undertaken projects and tasks for youth to carry out political tasks. In the period from 2022 to 2025, the Youth Union at all levels has registered over 150 projects and tasks with thousands of youth members participating, typically: Launching the "Handbook on preventing crime and law violations on digital platforms"; establishing and launching a propaganda page (dean06sonla.vn); volunteer weekends, handling administrative procedures for citizens; launching a digital volunteer map...

In the field of national security protection, the Youth Union actively participated in plans and schemes to absolutely protect the security and safety of key targets and important political events of the Party, the State, and the province; ensuring security and order to serve the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030; grasping the situation, participating in projects to prevent and combat propaganda activities to establish a "Mong State"; ensuring internal political security; patrolling the network, ensuring information security, communications, and network security; participating in investigating cases, especially cases that are of public interest...

Along with that, the Provincial Police Youth Union actively participated in peak periods of attacking and suppressing all types of crimes, such as: Peak period of ensuring security and order, protecting holidays, New Year, and important events of the country and the province; peak period of preventing and combating drug crimes; peak period of mobilizing and capturing wanted subjects; participating in the fight to eradicate criminal gangs, preventing, stopping, and resolutely not allowing the formation of organized crimes operating in the style of "mafia"; stepping up the fight against emerging types of crimes, especially cyber and high-tech crimes; proactively participating in transforming key areas, complicated areas of security and order in key drug-related communes, especially border areas...

In particular, the Youth Union plays a core role in implementing the Government 's Project 06 on developing applications of population data, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030. Accordingly, the Youth Union of the Provincial Police's professional departments simultaneously launched the "Volunteer Weekend" movement, increasing the number of union members by more than 1,500 to support the grassroots police force in carrying out procedures for issuing ID cards, activating level 2 electronic identification, guiding people to use online public services and electronic payments; supporting local authorities at 2 levels in handling administrative procedures...

Volunteer activities to join hands with the community are regularly, systematically and effectively implemented. In the period of 2022-2025, more than 130 projects and youth works of the Youth Union bases were implemented such as supporting young union members in difficult areas to develop the economy ; building the "Village Light" project; participating in helping people overcome the consequences after natural disasters... Voluntary blood donation activities were well implemented with more than 1,200 young union members participating, collecting more than 1,000 units of blood; promoting the effectiveness of the "Son La Police Youth Blood Bank" Club model, with more than 70 club members donating blood, helping 50 patients in emergency cases.

Notably, the implementation of the project "Happiness for Children" has mobilized social resources to build 68 schools, boarding houses, 15 happy houses, and 3 bridges with a total value of over 30 billion VND since December 2021. The project "Nuoi em Moc Chau", implemented since January 2021, has supported nutritious lunches for nearly 12,000 students in the province.

Actively participating in the implementation of projects, Senior Lieutenant Le Cao Thien, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Force Building Block, shared: The project "Raising children in Moc Chau" and the project "Happiness for children" have become practical activities, have had a widespread influence and attracted a large number of officers, soldiers, and youth union members to actively participate. At the same time, they have received the attention, support, assistance, and companionship of organizations, individuals, and philanthropists across the country. The effectiveness of the project has contributed to supporting the care and nurturing of children in difficult circumstances in remote, isolated, and border highland areas, arousing the sense of responsibility of officers and soldiers towards the community and serving the people.

With a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and aspiration to contribute, the youth of the Provincial Police have been affirming their position and role as vanguards on all fronts. Movement, charity and social security activities leave a beautiful image of the Police in the hearts of the people, contributing to building an increasingly strong, disciplined, elite and modern Provincial Police force.
