During the 2022 - 2027 term, the Youth Union of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee was established with 14 members.

Although established in the context of streamlining the organization and adjusting the operating model, the Provisional Executive Committee quickly stabilized the apparatus, promoted the spirit of initiative and creativity to implement many practical movements, contributing to the successful completion of the agency's political tasks.

During the term, the Youth Union of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee continued to focus on political and ideological education , traditional education, revolutionary action movements, studying and following the example and morality of Ho Chi Minh, studying the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

In addition, fully implement the movements launched by the higher-level Youth Union, do a good job of introducing outstanding members to the Party Committee for Party development and admitting them to the Party on the basis of ensuring quality; strive to study, practice, and compete to complete assigned professional tasks well; create a playground for members to exchange professional knowledge and create more solidarity within the unit.

At the same time, the Youth Union always closely follows the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the political tasks of the agency. Continue to promote the effective implementation of the two major activities of the Union, which are "The pioneering Vietnamese youth movement in the new era and the comprehensive development program of Vietnamese youth". Presenting the decision to the comrades in the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's grassroots Youth Union

Every year, it is necessary to focus on training outstanding union members to introduce them to the Party for consideration, training and admission. Maintain the activities of the union branches in accordance with regulations and regularly grasp the thoughts, aspirations and ideological developments of the youth union members to propose to the Party Committee and agency leaders for timely solutions.

The Executive Committee as well as the Youth Union must be united and have a plan to effectively implement the "three responsibilities" movement (responsibility for oneself, for work and for the community). Comrade Nguyen Trong Huy was trusted to hold the position of Secretary of the Youth Union of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030.
