At the meeting, Comrade Hau A Lenh welcomed Comrade Ha Thi Nga, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, and other members of the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee to Ha Giang province for discussions and working sessions. Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh emphasized that in recent times, Ha Giang province has seriously and actively implemented major policies and projects of the Central Government. Basically, cadres, Party members, and the people agree with the Party and State's policy on continuing to reorganize and streamline the organizational structure of the political system.

Regarding the reorganization of administrative units at all levels and the establishment of a two-tiered local government model, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Ha Giang province have thoroughly implemented the Central Government's guidelines, ensuring quality and overall progress. The province is currently focusing on reviewing the staff at the commune and provincial levels, as well as the infrastructure and equipment, to ensure that the reorganization plan is ready for operation after completion.

Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee, Hau A Lenh, requested that Tuyen Quang province proactively and actively coordinate and work together with Ha Giang province to implement the Politburo's Conclusion, establish a Steering Committee and working group to handle common issues related to the two provinces, ensuring smooth and close coordination, all for the common goal of development.

During the meeting, the Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, Ha Thi Nga, thanked the leaders of Ha Giang province for their warm welcome. She also shared her joy at the achievements in socio-economic development and the streamlining of the political system's organizational structure in Ha Giang province.

The comrade affirmed that Tuyen Quang province is also making great efforts to implement major policies and projects of the Central Government in the area, such as the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project; and the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. At the same time, the province is proactively reviewing and committing to ensuring the best conditions for implementing the contents of the plan to reorganize provincial-level administrative units, ensuring progress according to the Central Government's directives. The province has also proactively reviewed the conditions regarding infrastructure in implementing the streamlining of the organizational structure and the implementation of a two-tiered government system.

Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, Ha Thi Nga, expressed her hope that the two localities of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang would continue to uphold their tradition of solidarity and closely coordinate to effectively carry out the tasks assigned by the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the National Assembly; and accelerate the progress of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project. Through this, they would jointly build localities that develop rapidly and sustainably.

During the meeting, leaders of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces exchanged experiences in organizing and implementing tasks related to economic and social development, and ensuring national defense and security in the first quarter of 2025; and discussed future directions and tasks.

In addition, the leaders of the two provinces also agreed that in the coming time, the Party committees and authorities from the provincial to the grassroots level of both provinces will continue to strengthen coordination, promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, strive to overcome all difficulties, and quickly stabilize the situation in order to achieve the best results in implementing the assigned tasks and work.
