Comrade Vo Nguyen Nam listened to the report from the leaders of Binh An commune on the operational situation of the Public Administrative Service Center.
From July 1st to 23rd, the center received 1,074 applications, including 195 online applications, accounting for 24.6%. The rate of applications processed on time reached 90.6%, with 101 applications currently being processed within the deadline and 19 applications overdue.
The digitalization efforts have yielded positive results, with 163 out of 175 administrative procedures being digitized, reaching 93.14%. The center has fully listed 396 commune-level administrative procedures with QR codes, installed computers to support citizens in submitting applications online, checking progress, and providing satisfaction feedback.
However, the center still faces difficulties, such as: software system congestion, inconsistent procedural data, slow publication of provincial-level procedures, and a lack of equipment such as self-service kiosks for searching and issuing queue numbers.
Comrade Vo Nguyen Nam acknowledged the efforts of the staff of the Binh An Commune Public Administrative Service Center in promoting administrative reform and applying information technology to serve the people and businesses. He also noted that the locality needs to continue improving the operational skills of the electronic one-stop service software, synchronizing databases, and promoting digitalization to increase the rate of online applications, contributing to the effective implementation of digital transformation at the commune level.
