Comrade Vo Nguyen Nam listened to the leader of Binh An commune report on the operation of the Public Administration Service Center.
From July 1 to 23, the center received 1,074 applications, including 195 online applications, reaching 24.6%. The rate of applications resolved on time reached 90.6%, 101 applications were being processed within the deadline, and 19 applications were overdue.
The digitalization work achieved positive results, with 163/175 administrative procedure settlement results digitized, reaching 93.14%. The Center fully listed 396 commune-level administrative procedures with QR codes, installed computers to support people to submit documents online, look up progress and evaluate satisfaction.
However, the center still faces difficulties, such as: The software system is congested, procedural data is not synchronized, the announcement of provincial procedures is slow, and there is a lack of equipment such as kiosks for searching and getting automatic numbers.
Comrade Vo Nguyen Nam acknowledged the efforts of the staff of the Binh An Commune Public Administration Service Center in promoting administrative reform and applying information technology to serve people and businesses. At the same time, he noted that the locality needs to continue improving its skills in operating electronic one-stop software, synchronizing databases and promoting digitalization to increase the rate of online records, contributing to the effective implementation of digital transformation at the commune level.
