BIDV Deputy General Director Nguyen Thi Quynh Giao received the award "Dynamic, creative and responsible female union member"

On October 15, 2025, at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace ( Hanoi ), the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will solemnly hold the "Dynamic, Creative, Responsible Female Unionist Award" for the first time in 2025, honoring 10 outstanding individuals nationwide. At the same time, summarize and reward the emulation movement "Good at public work, Good at housework" for the period 2020-2025.

This is the first time the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has organized a separate award to honor outstanding female union members who demonstrate their mettle, intelligence, spirit of innovation and responsibility at work, while preserving and cultivating family happiness - a vivid embodiment of Vietnamese women in the new era.

Among the outstanding individuals honored this time, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Giao - Union member - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) - is the only female representative of the banking industry to receive this noble award. This is a worthy recognition for her outstanding contributions in professional work, union activities as well as the pioneering role of female leaders in the finance - banking sector.

Under her direction, many digital transformation programs, administrative innovation, and development of customer-friendly products and services have been effectively implemented, contributing to BIDV maintaining its position as the leading bank in Vietnam.
