From September 7th to 9th, rising water levels on the Thao River caused flooding on many roads in Ha Hoa town. A large amount of mud and debris remained after the flood. Authorities and local residents are working together to clean up the mud and debris.

The district police force used pumps to clear mud and debris accumulated after the flood on the roads running through the town, ensuring traffic flow for the people.
