Quang Binh has many activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.

It is expected that many activities will take place on this occasion, specifically: The ceremony to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day and the awarding of the 19th Quang Binh Provincial Press Award will be broadcast live (including 4 contents: Art program to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day; ceremony to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day; meeting to honor outstanding journalists of Quang Binh province; organizing the summary and awarding of the 19th Quang Binh Provincial Press Award in 2024).

Prior to that, there will be side activities, such as: an exhibition showcasing the achievements of 100 years of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism, the journalistic achievements of the province; outstanding socio -economic achievements of Quang Binh province associated with the Spring Press Festival, the National Press Festival...

During the meeting, delegates exchanged and discussed many ideas to effectively implement propaganda work and organize activities and events commemorating the 100th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025) in the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee, Hoang Xuan Tan, stated: This is an opportunity to review the glorious tradition, the important and great contributions, and the noble mission of the Vietnamese revolutionary press in the struggle for national independence, national reunification, building and defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam, implementing the renovation and international integration; to encourage, motivate, praise, honor and show gratitude to generations of journalists and press agencies with outstanding achievements; to foster and educate pride and love for the profession among journalists today.

Therefore, the Provincial Journalists Association, relevant departments, branches, sectors, and press agencies in the province need to coordinate closely and synchronously to organize solemn, practical, and effective commemorative events and activities with a variety of appropriate and focused contents and forms, creating positive propaganda and dissemination effects, highlighting the role and position of the press in social life; and well implementing the requirement of "building a professional, humane, and modern press and media" in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
