According to this decision, the Provincial People's Committee announces the amendment and supplementation of 3 provincial-level administrative procedures in the field of criminal record checks within the scope of the state management functions of the Department of Justice.
These procedures include: Issuing criminal record certificates to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam; issuing criminal record certificates to state agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations (for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam); and issuing criminal record certificates to prosecuting agencies (for Vietnamese citizens and foreigners residing in Vietnam).
The Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Justice to update the national database on administrative procedures (at https://csdl.dichvucong.gov.vn) and the department's website in accordance with regulations. At the same time, it must fully and accurately complete the constituent elements of administrative procedures, develop internal processes for handling administrative procedures, and establish electronic processes on the electronic one-stop information system as prescribed.
