The 16th Provincial Party Committee Conference took place under the chairmanship of comrades Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

Opening the conference, Comrade Nguyen Chin - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced decisions on personnel work. Accordingly, the Prime Minister's decision on approving the position of Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Le Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation was announced.

Announcing the Prime Minister's decision on approving the positions of Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Tran Nam Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Mr. Phan Thai Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Nguyen Chin also announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on Mr. Tran Nam Hung ceasing to participate in the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tam Ky City; transferred to work at the Provincial People's Committee, holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Announcing the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on transferring Mr. Vo Xuan Ca - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department from July 10.

Announcing the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on transferring Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to work at the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, appointing him to participate in the Party Delegation of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019 - 2024 term, introducing him to participate in the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and holding the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 10th term, 2019 - 2024 term.

Thus far, Quang Nam has consolidated and completed all key leadership positions of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and Secretary of the Tam Ky City Party Committee.

Speaking at the assignment, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet congratulated the comrades who were trusted and elected to hold key leadership positions in the province.

In the coming time, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested comrades to focus on grasping the situation, approaching the work, reviewing the Working Regulations, discussing, assigning specific tasks, stabilizing and operating the organizational apparatus smoothly, ensuring discipline, effectiveness and efficiency. In particular, promoting the role of the leader, maintaining solidarity and unity within the organization, strengthening trust among cadres and party members, and completing assigned tasks well. Along with that, building plans and roadmaps to handle limitations and difficulties according to authority, with the motto "clear people, clear work, clear progress and clear responsibilities" , especially leaders at all levels. Mobilizing, integrating and effectively using resources to focus on successfully implementing the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress and the tasks assigned by the Central Committee.
