It implemented a comprehensive range of measures to improve the working environment, promote the ownership rights of civil servants and employees, aiming to build a stronger unit, excellently complete assigned tasks, and develop a team of civil servants and employees with sufficient capacity and qualifications to meet the requirements of the new situation.

During his visit to extend New Year greetings to the Provincial Market Management Department, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong highly appreciated and commended the efforts and hard work of the officials, civil servants, and employees of the Provincial Market Management Department in 2024.
