On the morning of December 8, members of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association and members of the Nha Bup group organized the launch of the second volume of the poetry and prose collection "Duyen".

Poet Kim Chuong, former Vice President of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, spoke at the program.

In 1976 - 1990, the Thai Binh Province Literature and Arts Association organized training classes for children with literary and artistic talents during the summer months. The works of the students of the training classes were published in the Buds on the Branches column of the Provincial Literature and Arts Magazine. In 2014, students of the training classes gathered, launched many creative activities, and participated in literary and artistic competitions.

The authors launch literary and artistic works.

The second volume of the poetry and prose collection "Duyen" was published by the Writers' Association Publishing House. The work includes 219 articles, including 193 poems and 26 prose pieces on many topics by 72 authors who were former students of the training class, of which 3 authors are currently members of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association. This is a follow-up work to the first volume of the poetry and prose collection "Duyen" which was released in 2023.

On this occasion, 11 literary and artistic works by authors who were former students of the training class were released.
