Comrade Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, and other delegates attended the ceremony.

The Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care is a scientific and technological organization under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, operating in accordance with the Law on Science and Technology. The Institute held an official launch ceremony to introduce its Management Board, leadership team, Scientific Council, and specialized units; as well as to showcase some of its typical activities and outstanding achievements in the past.

At the launch ceremony, the leaders of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations announced and presented the Decisions appointing the members of the Management Board and the leadership team of the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh presented flowers to congratulate the event at the launch ceremony.

As one of the key officials honored with the appointment decision as Chairman of the Institute's Council on Education, Training, and International Cooperation, Doctor and expert Nguyen Duy Cuong affirmed that the Institute always pays attention to and develops personnel work to further improve the organizational structure and effectively fulfill the Institute's set tasks.

Since its establishment, the Institute has carried out numerous projects and activities in the fields of healthcare, traditional medicine, community health care, and the application, preservation, and development of traditional medicine combined with modern medicine.

Simultaneously, we provide consulting, investment, and strategy development for community health care, as well as training, education, and the organization of scientific conferences and seminars in the fields of medicine, traditional medicine, and community health care.

Leaders of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations announced and presented the Decisions appointing the Board of Directors and the leadership of the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care.

Despite being newly established, the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Healthcare has already carried out many meaningful activities such as providing free medical examinations for the poor and distributing charitable donations in remote areas.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Le Quoc Minh stated that the Party has always paid attention to cultural development and community health care, and has organized many meaningful events to affirm the role of culture and health care in society. Therefore, the establishment of the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care will contribute to effectively fulfilling these two tasks.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh highly appreciated the meaningful activities of the Institute in the past period, with a team of experienced experts, abbots, monks, traditional medicine practitioners, doctors, etc., participating in the Scientific Council and the Management Council.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh emphasized: From a journalistic perspective, we always pay attention to two aspects: cultural development and community health care. Last year, the Nhan Dan Newspaper collaborated for the first time with the Vietnam News Agency (VNA), Vietnam Television, and Vietnam Radio to honor doctors, teachers, and others on major holidays. Clearly, not only through articles, reports, and television, the press has been and continues to emphasize the issue of cultural development and honor those working in the cultural field through concrete and practical activities.
