In 2025, the Party Committee and the Border Guard Command of Hue City led and directed the synchronous and drastic implementation of border protection measures; firmly managed and protected the territorial sovereignty , border security and sea areas of the city, avoiding passivity and surprise.

The units organized 545 patrols with 3,653 officers and soldiers participating; coordinated 15 bilateral patrols/360 officers and soldiers from both sides participating. In the fight against crime, the force discovered and handled 13 cases/32 administrative violators; prosecuted 2 cases/2 subjects for illegal possession of drugs; handed over 3 cases/7 subjects/3 vehicles to the authorities for further handling according to their authority.

In the work of natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, the city Border Guard mobilized 5,750 officers and soldiers and 260 vehicles; supported the evacuation of 3,122 households/8,217 people to safety; rescued 3 cases/4 vehicles/19 crew members in distress at sea.

With outstanding results, in 2025, the Hue City Border Guard Party Committee was recognized as clean, strong, and excellent in completing its tasks; the City Border Guard Command was awarded the Emulation Flag by the Border Guard High Command and was proposed to be awarded the Emulation Flag by the Ministry of National Defense in 2025.

The Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard of Hue City determined to continue to lead and direct the serious and effective implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; and propose key solutions and tasks for 2026.
