A 5-star resort is accused of having maggots in milk containers; what does the resort have to say about this?

On January 25th, a video circulated on social media showing a male tourist eating at a restaurant in a resort in Cam Ranh when he was horrified to discover numerous maggots in a bottle of milk served at the restaurant.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online , the person who filmed the clip is Mr. NVT (a tourist from Hanoi ) who was staying at the resort from January 23rd to 27th.

Mr. T. said that on January 24th, while he was having dinner with his family at a restaurant in the resort, his two children were about to get their milk when they called out to their father, saying there was a worm swimming in the milk bottle.

Upon approaching the baby bottle, Mr. T. noticed numerous maggots wriggling inside. He then recorded a video and reported the incident to the resort's management.

After receiving feedback and a request to change hotels, the establishment apologized, assisted in moving the family to another hotel, and fully refunded the room reservation for the morning of January 25th.

Regarding the aforementioned incident, on the same evening, Tuoi Tre Online contacted the resort's hotline.

The resort stated that they have received information about the incident and that the management is conducting a thorough investigation, so there is no official information available at this time.

Tuổi Trẻ Online also requested to work directly with the resort's management to discuss some issues related to the incident; however, the resort stated that official information would be provided by their representatives once it becomes available.
