This is one of four active stalls of the 26/3 Green Agriculture Cooperative. Every day, dozens of different dishes are prepared and processed, meeting the convenience needs of customers.
Ms. LO THI HONG DIEP - Kitchen staff, Green Agriculture Cooperative 26/3, Son La City: Daily preparation of dishes such as stuffed beans, stir-fried baby veal with lemongrass and chili, steamed fish with papaya, stir-fried small intestine with melon, clam and mussel soup, serving all dishes; vegetables and fruits are available at the Cooperative, meat and fish are taken from establishments with clean food certificates.
Along with the production and trading of fresh vegetables and fruits, the creation of processed or semi-processed dishes contributes to the diversification of products. Cooperative 26/3 has succeeded in shortening the distance from farm to table; creating conditions for customers to access and use clean foods without having to go through intermediaries.

The second channel is that we sell offline at direct stores, our staff processes all kinds of vegetables and fruits, customers just need to take the products home to process.
With flexible and creative ways of doing things at the Green Agriculture Cooperative 26/3, it shows that the right thinking, the right way of doing things, meeting the increasing demands of the market, is the premise to promote production and business activities. Through the stalls, the Cooperative is not only the producer but also the one who directly brings products to customers in the fastest way, ensuring product quality. With this model, each month the Cooperative consumes dozens of tons of clean agricultural products of all kinds at prices 20-30% higher than the market, thereby increasing the value of agricultural products./.
