This is one of four active stalls of the 26/3 Green Agriculture Cooperative. Not only stopping at producing and trading fresh vegetables and fruits, the Cooperative has linked up with clean food stalls to create dozens of different dishes. From savory dishes such as meat, fish, spring rolls, sausages to soups, stews or pre-prepared dishes; meeting the convenience needs of customers.

First, it's convenient, second, it ensures hygiene, and there are a variety of dishes, including savory dishes and soups that are prepared very carefully; if we don't have time, we can buy them and just cook them.

To meet the needs of the high-end customer segment, the Cooperative has established a kitchen team of skilled people in selecting and preparing food; ensuring nutritional and food safety factors. Every day, dozens of different dishes are prepared and processed, meeting the convenience needs of customers.

Ms. LO THI HONG DIEP - Kitchen staff, Green Agriculture Cooperative 26/3, Son La City: Daily preparation of dishes such as stuffed beans, stir-fried baby veal with lemongrass and chili, steamed fish with papaya, stir-fried small intestine with melon, clam and mussel soup, serving a variety of dishes; vegetables and fruits are available at the Cooperative, meat and fish are obtained from establishments with clean food certification.

Along with the production and trading of fresh vegetables and fruits, the creation of processed or semi-processed dishes contributes to the diversification of products. Cooperative 26/3 has succeeded in shortening the distance from farm to table; creating conditions for customers to access and use clean foods without going through intermediaries.

The second channel is that we sell offline at direct stores, our staff processes all kinds of vegetables and fruits, customers just need to take the products home to process.

With flexible and creative ways of doing things at the 26/3 Green Agriculture Cooperative, it shows that the right thinking, the right way of doing things, meeting the increasing demands of the market, is the premise to promote production and business activities. Through the stalls, the Cooperative is not only the producer but also the one who directly brings products to customers in the fastest way, ensuring product quality. With this model, each month the Cooperative consumes dozens of tons of clean agricultural products of all kinds at prices 20-30% higher than the market, thereby increasing the value of agricultural products./.
