Sanofi honored for the 9th time in 'Top 100 best places to work in Vietnam'

This year, Sanofi maintained its position in the Top 5 Pharmaceutical/ Medical Device/Healthcare companies, and the Top 20 overall list. In addition, Sanofi is also in the Top 15 typical businesses with happy human resources (large enterprises) and Top 50 attractive employer brands for Vietnamese students.

Sanofi has been recognized for a series of awards for its working environment according to different criteria.

A typical example is the “Your Voice” program - an annual global internal survey at Sanofi to listen to feedback from all employees, thereby improving the working environment, corporate culture, and making innovation plans for the following year.

As the first company in the industry to promote a diverse, inclusive and equitable (DE&I) workplace, a series of practical policies and activities at Sanofi have been widely welcomed, such as: Aiming for gender equity in recruitment and compensation, increasing the proportion of female leaders and managers, 14-week maternity leave for men, flexible working policies, comprehensive development programs for physical and mental health, etc.

This year's survey was compiled based on the voting results of 63,878 experienced workers in 18 different industries.
