With nearly 10 years of programming and software design, in 2024, Mr. Nguyen Van Sach brought the project "Mento.vn Multi-channel Sales Management Software" to participate in the Provincial Innovation and Creativity Startup Competition (now Hue City). This project won second prize thanks to its innovation, creativity and high practical application. As a young startup, since founding Ment Technical Communications Company Limited, Mr. Sach has also created and designed many software that can be effectively applied to business management, smart medical services, etc.

Talking about the winning product at the Innovation Startup Competition, Mr. Sach said that Mento.vn is a smart multi-channel sales management platform, integrating the entire sales process chain, from receiving orders, processing orders, connecting shipping, managing inventory to customer care. All processes are performed in the same single system. This is especially useful for shops or businesses that operate on multiple channels such as Facebook, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalo, Website...

Through outstanding features such as automatic order comment recognition, quick order closing from livestream, real-time order status synchronization, automatic order operation creation, or smart inventory warnings..., Mento.vn helps shop owners save significant time, management effort and minimize errors in the operation process.

The software also has a support system for sales collaborators to create their own shops, receive and push orders through the Mento system and have Mento track orders and close debts.

MentFNB software is applied to the F&B (food and beverage) business model that the company is operating in parallel and effectively serving many businesses, coffee and milk tea shops in and outside the city. With this software, customers can scan QR codes to order food and with online menus, while restaurants can monitor the status of the kitchen, service and cashier in real time, and effectively manage raw material inventory.

Tools to help expand market share

The usefulness of the software is not only in the technology factor, but also clearly demonstrated through the actual performance indicators of business units. Through a survey of more than 300 shops and sales units applying Mento.vn software, the Director of Ment Technical Communications Company Limited said that using this software helps users reduce 70% of operating costs, the rate of incorrect packaging is reduced by up to 99%, improve order processing capacity by over 500% and reduce the rate of late delivery to less than 2%.

Ms. Mai Hoa, owner of the Banh Beo Shoes manufacturing facility on Ly Nam De Street (Phu Xuan District) informed that since applying the Mento system, the number of orders has increased 5 times without having to recruit more employees. Especially, this system helps the facility ensure delivery to e-commerce platforms within 24 hours.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Giang, owner of a household goods shop in Phuong Duc ward (Thuan Hoa district) said that before, she had to hire 2 people to control inventory when selling goods via Shopee, Facebook and TikTok. Since using Mento, everything is automatically synchronized, no more fear of running out of stock, inventory, expiration or wrong order delivery.

Many businesses and establishments in and outside the city that are operating Mento software have the same opinion: in the past, manual control was both labor-intensive and prone to errors.
