Strengthening exchanges, cooperation, investment, trade and tourism promotion with Chinese localities and partners

BPO - Implementing the conclusions of the 13th session of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee in Notice No. 2418-TB/TU dated June 12, 2024, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province has just issued a plan to strengthen exchanges, cooperation, and investment, trade, and tourism promotion with localities and partners in China. The aim is to seize opportunities and capitalize on the shift in China's investment structure abroad; expand and elevate friendly relations and cooperation; and strengthen investment, trade, and tourism promotion activities to attract investors from China.

Phase 1 of HAOHUA Co., Ltd.'s automobile tire manufacturing plant in Vietnam (part of the HAOHUA Group of China) has been inaugurated.

Specific content: Expanding foreign exchange and people-to-people exchanges between localities; exchanging information on Party building work between Binh Phuoc province and Chinese localities. Promoting investment, trade, and tourism to attract Chinese businesses and investors to operate in the province. Accelerating the implementation of planning, infrastructure construction, allocation of clean land, infrastructure for industrial parks, and other necessary conditions to meet and attract foreign investors in general and Chinese investors in particular. Developing the province's human resources to meet the needs of exchange, cooperation, and investment promotion activities.

Some specific tasks include strengthening exchanges, cooperation, and investment promotion.
Trade and tourism with localities and partners in China in 2025 include: Expanding exchanges, cooperation, and moving towards sister-city relationships with Chinese localities; promoting investment, trade, and tourism activities with Chinese localities to find partners; preparing adequate infrastructure to meet the needs of investment from China; and developing the province's human resources to meet the needs of exchanges, cooperation, and investment promotion with China.

The Provincial People's Committee requests   Relevant departments, agencies, and units, as well as the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities, shall implement activities in a responsible, urgent, practical, effective, and economical manner, based on synchronized and close coordination between agencies, units, and localities of the province and Chinese partners.
