At the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized that since the beginning of the 13th Party Congress term, the information and propaganda work on the implementation of political tasks, important events and issues, and the socio -economic, cultural, educational, health, national defense, security, and foreign affairs situation of the country has been actively and proactively carried out systematically and with quality by press and media agencies, especially the leading political press agencies. This has created a strong impact, spread widely, and contributed to shaping public opinion.

Newspapers and broadcasting stations have made many innovations and creative approaches in conveying information content, diversifying forms of expression, and using modern communication tools to reach a wider audience. Twelve key political media outlets have actively implemented training and professional development programs for reporters, editors, and journalists, both in political theory and professional skills, carrying out digital transformation in journalism, and truly serving as leading and exemplary media organizations in building a cultural environment within their workplaces...

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia requested that the 12 key political press agencies closely adhere to political tasks and the practical situation of the country, focusing on in-depth information and propaganda, creating a prominent highlight on several key contents: summarizing and evaluating the results of leadership, guidance, and implementation of the Party's 13th National Congress Resolution from the beginning of the term to the present; directions, tasks, and solutions from now until the end of the term. Increase coverage, regularly and comprehensively update news, articles, and images about the Central Committee, National Assembly, and Government meetings; build special sections and themes that vividly, vividly, and effectively reflect the main and important contents of the meetings.

Highlighting the results of the fight against corruption and negative practices, the practice of thrift and combating waste, actively contributing to preventing and reversing the decline in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; affirming that the fight against corruption and negative practices continues to be strongly, systematically, synchronously, and decisively directed, with clear effectiveness, breakthroughs, leaving a prominent mark, and creating high consensus throughout society.

The People's Newspaper, the Voice of Vietnam Radio, and Vietnam Television should further strengthen their support for Party newspapers and local radio and television stations in terms of expertise, professional skills, and technology, so that the nationwide system of Party newspapers and radio and television stations can improve the capacity, quality, and effectiveness of information and propaganda.

On the occasion of the 98th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia sent his best wishes to the leaders of press agencies; acknowledged and highly appreciated the important contributions of the nationwide press system, including the 12 key political press agencies; and affirmed that the Party and State always create conditions for the press to promote its role and position, and to best fulfill its assigned political tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia expressed his confidence that, with their affection, responsibility, and intellect, the Vietnamese revolutionary press system will continue to build upon its experience and rich traditions, strive for innovation and creativity, and make important contributions to the cause of building and developing the country towards greater prosperity and happiness, realizing the goals set forth by the 13th National Congress of the Party.
