With a sense of urgency in getting to work and effectively addressing the administrative needs of the people right from the first days and weeks of the new year, Binh Xuyen district has focused on directing and implementing many solutions to strengthen administrative discipline and order, and to uphold the spirit and responsibility in performing official duties for cadres and civil servants in the area.

Citizens are guided and facilitated when carrying out administrative procedures at the "one-stop" service center of Phu Xuan commune.
Observations at the Phu Xuan commune's one-stop service center at the beginning of the afternoon shift on February 20th showed that 100% of the staff on duty were present and on time. Citizens coming to handle administrative procedures were guided by staff, who created the most favorable conditions for them.
Since the first working day of the new year, the one-stop service center of Phu Xuan commune has received and processed more than 100 administrative procedure files related to various fields such as land, marriage and family, and justice… All eligible files have been processed correctly and ahead of schedule.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong from Can Bi village said: “Today, I came here to complete the paperwork to apply for a job at a foreign company in Binh Xuyen II Industrial Park. The staff here are very enthusiastic, provide thorough guidance, and process applications quickly, so people don't have to wait long.”
According to Le Thi Thao, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Xuan commune: "We have instilled in 100% of our officials and civil servants the spirit and attitude of serious work, ensuring that the lingering effects of Tet do not affect the performance of official duties and the handling of administrative procedures for the people."
All officials and employees are required to strictly adhere to working hours, administrative discipline and regulations, and submit daily work reports. Requesting leave or using working days to attend festivals or New Year's celebrations is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to strict disciplinary action in accordance with regulations.
In Thanh Lang town, the working atmosphere at the one-stop service center and other specialized departments is serious and highly responsible. 100% of eligible administrative procedure requests are processed correctly and ahead of schedule.
Chairman of Thanh Lang Town People's Committee Nguyen Huu Bay said: "Right after the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon 2024, the Party Committee and People's Committee of the town held a meeting to identify key tasks that need to be urgently addressed."

As a result, the government and the entire political system operate stably and effectively. The tasks set out have been basically completed and even exceeded the required targets.”
According to the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Binh Xuyen district, to ensure that the operation of state administrative agencies and public service units in the area is carried out seriously and responsibly from the beginning of the new year, based on the directives of the province, Binh Xuyen district is focusing on promoting propaganda and thoroughly implementing administrative reform tasks; strengthening administrative discipline and order, and linking the responsibility of the heads of agencies, units, and localities in performing assigned tasks.
All officials, civil servants, and employees are required to strictly adhere to administrative discipline and regulations, and adhere to working hours, especially those officials and civil servants involved in receiving citizens, handling, guiding, resolving, and delivering results for applications and work related to citizens and businesses before, during, and after the Tet holiday.
