The August activities involved over 100 people from 16 ethnic groups (Nung, Tay, Mong, Dao, Muong, Lao, Thai, Kho Mu, Ta Oi, Ba Na, Xo Dang, Gia Rai, Co Tu, Raglay, E De, Khmer) and 11 localities with ethnic minority communities actively participating in daily activities at the Village (Thai Nguyen, Hanoi, Ha Giang , Son La, Hoa Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Ninh Thuan, Dak Lak, Soc Trang).

The August activities, themed "Summer - Experience and Discover, " aim to showcase the culture, customs, and traditions of the ethnic groups, along with experiential activities at the "Common Home" of the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam.
The August program will include many activities such as: August thematic activity with the theme "Summer - Experience and Discovery"; folk song and dance programs "Returning to the Village", "The Village's Joyful Flower Dance", "I Love My Village" by ethnic groups from the Central Highlands, ethnic groups from the North, and the ethnic groups who are actively working at the Village, expressing their love for their homeland and country, and introducing the beauty of their traditional culture...
In addition, there are weekend activities featuring programs by ethnic minority groups regularly present at the Village, showcasing the unique traditional culture of each ethnic group. There, visitors can learn about architecture, costumes, folk songs and dances, festivals, and more.
In addition, this event also features activities introducing traditional folk games and performances of traditional musical instruments. Visitors can experience and interact with cultural performances and typical traditional folk art forms of the ethnic groups actively participating in the Village, such as: playing the Đinh Năm flute, Ay Ray singing, playing the stone xylophone, gongs, and Xoang dance… Activities include introducing, teaching, and experiencing traditional musical instruments (learning to play the Đinh Pút, Tơ Rưng, and Chapi), traditional folk games, and sports … of the ethnic minority groups.
Daily activities at the Village continue to introduce visitors to the unique cultural and culinary features of the ethnic communities living there. Simultaneously, experiential activities are organized to meet the needs of various groups, serving tourists visiting the area and showcasing the culture, customs, and traditions of the ethnic communities. These experiential activities at the "Common House" of the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam contribute to strengthening inter-ethnic exchange and attracting tourists to the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village.
