Participating in the palanquin procession from My Ha communal house (Gia Thuy commune, Nho Quan district) to the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang, Mr. Tran Van Tao said: Being able to attend the palanquin procession and offer incense on the occasion of the 1100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang is an honor for me.

According to historical records, Gia Thuy is the hometown of Queen Mother Duong Van Nga and also the maternal hometown associated with Dinh Bo Linh 's childhood. When his father died early, Dinh Bo Linh followed his mother to live next to Son Than temple in the cave, which is Long Vien temple today and herded buffaloes in Gia Thuy area as well as Gia Hung on the other side of Boi river . The communal house worshiping King Dinh Tien Hoang and Queen Mother Duong Van Nga was built during the Tien Le dynasty, and is a national historical and cultural relic. The communal house still preserves 14 royal decrees of feudal dynasties...

Joining the palanquin procession to celebrate the 1100th anniversary of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang's birth with the palanquin procession team from My Ha communal house, palanquin teams from Dinh King's relics in the province, traditional ritual teams, lion and dragon teams, participating in the "Cot Lau Dance" performance... all share the same pride in the nation's historical and cultural traditions, expressing gratitude for the great contributions of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang in the cause of building and defending the country.

Hoang Tram Anh, a student of class 4D, Gia Phuong Primary School, shared: I am honored to participate in the "Reed Flag Dance". Because I have studied local history, I understand the meaning of the performance is to reenact the military drill game of using reeds as flags of Dinh Bo Linh in his youth... This is the most practical and meaningful way to learn about local history that I have participated in to better understand and appreciate the historical traditions of my ancestors.

On the day of traditional ceremonies to celebrate the 1100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang, every local person expressed their pride in the important event of their homeland.

Mr. Dao Van Duy, the keeper of the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang, shared: To commemorate the great contributions of the national hero, the people built the Temple of King Dinh in his hometown. The temple was recognized as a National Historical and Cultural Relic in 1993.

After nearly 500 years of ups and downs, the temple is still respected, preserved and embellished by the people. Many ancient and valuable artifacts are preserved intact such as the statue of King Dinh, the dragon palanquin, unique architecture, and parallel sentences clearly reflecting the history of Dai Huu village and Hoa Lu capital.

On the 1100th anniversary of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang's birth, Gia Vien district organized many meaningful activities to connect and spread culture such as: The King's offering contest; mass art performance; 2024 trade and investment promotion program; folk games...

The series of activities held on this occasion are meaningful to commemorate and pay tribute to the great contributions of Dinh Tien Hoang De in the cause of building and defending the country, contributing to preserving and promoting the historical and cultural traditions of the nation.
