Thanh Bui made a rare appearance to support his student J.ade's return after 10 years.

Rarely appearing at entertainment events, duet - musician Thanh Bui was present to support his student Bich Ngoc (J.ade) to release her album 10 years after coming out of 'Vietnam Idol 2015'.

J.ade confidently returns to music after a long period of studying and training.

Bich Ngoc, under the stage name J.ade, officially returns to the music market with the release of her debut album titled CONTINUUM . The work showcases the maturity in both her vocals and songwriting abilities of Thanh Bui's protégé.

Through her new album, featuring 12 self-composed songs, J.ade demonstrates a transformation after a long career. With this product, the runner-up of Vietnam Idol 2015 not only showcases her songwriting ability but also proves that her voice was discovered by Thanh Bui during the competition. After 10 years, the female singer has not only matured musically but also displayed confidence and a transformative image.

“It’s been exactly 10 years since Vietnam Idol, and I still cherish every opportunity to sing and pursue my artistic career in the most serious way. Those 10 years have truly been a very long journey in which I have constantly learned, explored , and found the path that suits me,” J.ade shared emotionally.

Speaking about why it took 10 years of singing to release an album, J.ade said emotionally: “When I came out of Vietnam Idol, I was like a blank sheet of paper, I didn't know what musical notes were. After the competition, Mr. Thanh (Thanh Bui) gave me lessons and taught me how to write music. Thanks to this journey, I found J.ade in music, and I've never felt happier than I do now.”

Thanh Bui said: "J.ade shared that she always likes novelty and a little bit of risk. When people didn't know J.ade, I wanted to see if they could recognize that J.ade's voice was actually Bich Ngoc's. The voice helps the audience know who the artist is, and J.ade is always confident in her voice. J.ade is a person with many ideas, and I really appreciate her for that quality; that's what an artist should be like."

Regarding whether her plus-size appearance is a barrier for her, Thanh Bui said: "On the contrary, I see J.ade's appearance as very special and it hides an energy that not everyone possesses. I believe that when people listen to J.ade sing, they will forget about everything else."
