Under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to listen to the following contents:

( 1 ) Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 03 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended).

( 2) Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society Nguyen Dac Vinh presented the Verification Report on 03 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education ; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended).

( 3 ) Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation (amended).

( 4 ) Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on Civil Servants (amended).

( 5 ) Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice Hoang Thanh Tung presented the Examination Report on 02 projects: Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended); Law on Public Employees (amended).

The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents:

(1) Draft Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended).

(2) Draft Law on Civil Servants (amended).

AFTERNOON

The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents:

( 1 ) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education.

( 2 ) Draft Law on Higher Education (amended).

( 3 ) Draft Law on Vocational Education (amended).
