New information about Vingroup's project, Sunshine in Dan Phuong district

(Dan Tri) - Vingroup 's Green City project is included in the 2025 land use plan of Dan Phuong district (Hanoi).

Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 461 approving the 2025 land use plan of Dan Phuong district.

The content of Decision 461 is to approve the land use plan for 2025 of Dan Phuong district, including a list of 106 projects with a total area of nearly 1,371 hectares. This list includes a number of real estate projects such as New Life Urban Area - Sunshine Grand Capital, an area of 38.9 hectares invested by DIA Investment Joint Stock Company.

Next is the Urban Functional Area project - Green City in Tan Hoi, Lien Trung, Tan Lap, Lien Ha communes with an area of nearly 123 hectares invested by Vingroup Corporation - JSC. Besides, there is the Tan Lap Social Housing Project with an area of 0.5 hectares invested by Asia Star Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

In addition, in the 2025 land use plan of Dan Phuong district, there are many land plots to be auctioned. Specifically, in Tan Hoi commune, there is a project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in areas X6 and A8; build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in area X5 (Lien Ha commune); cluster 3 (Hong Ha commune); area X28, cluster 8 (Thuong Mo commune).
