The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 461 approving the land use plan for Dan Phuong district in 2025.

Decision 461 approves the 2025 land use plan for Dan Phuong district, including a list of 106 projects with a total area of ​​nearly 1,371 hectares. This list includes several real estate projects such as the Sunshine Grand Capital urban area, covering 38.9 hectares, developed by DIA Investment Joint Stock Company.

Next is the Green City urban functional area project in Tan Hoi, Lien Trung, Tan Lap, and Lien Ha communes, covering nearly 123 hectares, invested by Vingroup Corporation. Alongside this is the Tan Lap social housing project, covering 0.5 hectares, developed by Asia Star Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

Furthermore, the 2025 land use plan of Dan Phuong district includes several land plots that will be put up for auction.
