Prime Minister appoints 3 personnel to the Ministry of National Defense

The Prime Minister appointed three personnel to the Ministry of National Defence , including the Head of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, the Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, and the Commander of Military Region 3.

On January 22, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed decisions of the Prime Minister appointing personnel to the Ministry of National Defense.

Specifically, in Decision No. 205/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc, Head of the General Department of Engineering, Ministry of National Defense, to the position of Head of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, Ministry of National Defense.

In Decision No. 209/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Lieutenant General Do Van Thien, Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics, Ministry of National Defense, to the position of Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, Ministry of National Defense.

In Decision No. 208/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General Luong Van Kiem, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3, Ministry of National Defense, to the position of Commander of Military Region 3, Ministry of National Defense.
