In recent days, Typhoon No. 3 (Super Typhoon Yagi), with its immense intensity, swept through the northern provinces of Vietnam, causing severe damage to both lives and property. In this critical situation, authorities swiftly deployed response plans to address the complex developments of the natural disaster, mobilizing tens of thousands of officials, soldiers, and militia members, along with thousands of vehicles, to directly participate in rescue and relief efforts, ensure traffic safety, evacuate, relocate, search and rescue operations, and protect the lives and property of the people. People across the country, with all their hearts, turned their attention to the flood-stricken areas, sharing their spirit and contributing materially with noble initiatives and actions. In these most difficult times, the spirit of the Vietnamese people moved even friends around the world .

Through authentic and moving stories, the program conveys the message: Humanity is our support during floods and storms; Vietnamese people, in their own right, can be a pillar of support for their compatriots and the country during difficult times. This is a special program, aiming to be a bridge for sharing images, connecting people in common emotions, and focusing on those affected by natural disasters. Beyond telling stories through images, the program also incorporates meaningful songs performed by leading artists and singers, further deepening the emotional impact on the audience.

Emphasizing that everyone needs support during difficult times, hardships, and challenges, the Prime Minister highly appreciated VTV's initiative in naming the program "Vietnam's Support System." In that spirit, the Prime Minister shared six key pillars of support:

That is the spiritual foundation of national unity, unity within the Party, unity among the people, national unity, international unity, "Unity, unity, great unity, success, success, great success" as our beloved President Ho Chi Minh said.

Our foundation is the glorious Communist Party, with its rich history spanning nearly 95 years. Our Party has no other goal than to win independence and freedom for the nation, and to ensure a prosperous and happy life for the people.

The foundation of the nation's glorious historical and cultural traditions, its civilization and cultural heritage; the spirit of "mutual support and compassion," "loving others as oneself," "the fortunate helping the unfortunate," and "Oh gourd, have pity on the pumpkin/ Though of different kinds, they grow on the same vine."

The people are the foundation. The people make history; strength comes from the people. "A hundred times easier without the people, nothing can be achieved; a thousand times harder, with the people, everything can be overcome."

The Army and the Police are the pillars of support. "When needed, when difficulties arise, the Army and the Police are there." "Our Army comes from the people, and fights for the people"; "Our Police, sacrificing themselves for the nation, serving the people."

The spiritual anchor of self-reliance and self-strength of our nation, and of each of us, is that when faced with difficulties and complexities, the more pressure we face, the more we strive and persevere, overcoming our own limitations with the spirit of "turning nothing into something, turning difficulty into ease, turning the impossible into the possible."

With the solid foundations mentioned above, the Prime Minister called on all compatriots and comrades to work twice as hard, "working day and night is not enough" to contribute to overcoming the consequences of super typhoon No. 3 affecting 26 northern provinces and cities, and to contribute to building a strong and prosperous Vietnam; so that our people may enjoy increasing well-being and happiness.
