The program was honored to welcome: Comrade Pham Chanh Truc - Former Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Former Chairman of the City People's Council, Former Secretary of the City Youth Union, Head of the City Youth Union Tradition Club; Comrade Nguyen Xuan Ngoc - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Comrade Tran Quoc Huy - Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Youth Union; Comrade Tran Thi Ha Thanh - Deputy Head of the City Youth Union Workers' Committee, representatives of the Executive Committee and members of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Agricultural Park Management Board Youth Union.

Before officially entering the discussion "Following the tradition - Building the future", the delegates spent time visiting the "Resistance relics" room, learning about the relics associated with Vietnamese revolutionary soldiers in the two resistance wars against France and the US, contributing to arousing pride and deep gratitude towards the previous generation.
