Before officially beginning the seminar "Continuing the Tradition - Building a Solid Future," delegates spent time visiting the "War Relics" room, learning about the relics associated with Vietnamese revolutionary soldiers in the two wars of resistance against France and the United States, contributing to evoking pride and profound gratitude towards the older generation.

The main content of the program is the discussion, meeting and exchange with historical witnesses - Comrade Pham Chanh Truc - Former Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Former Chairman of the City People's Council, Former Secretary of the City Youth Union, Head of the City Youth Union Traditional Club.
