Find solutions to remove obstacles related to construction activities

DNO - At the discussion with the topic "Difficulties and recommendations related to construction activities in Da Nang city" organized by the Urban Committee of the City People's Council on the morning of November 9, opinions from businesses and experts expressed many difficulties that need to be resolved in the construction sector.

According to Le Tung Lam, Head of the Urban Committee of the City People's Council, urban planning, construction and management are among the factors that play an important role in unlocking investment resources, contributing to the disbursement of public investment capital, and promoting socio-economic growth in the city. However, in recent times, businesses, project management boards, investors, and localities have encountered many obstacles and difficulties in the implementation process.

At the seminar, delegates exchanged, discussed and gave many enthusiastic contributions, along with recommendations revolving around 9 groups of issues related to institutional problems, legality, implementation of legal documents; specialized standards and regulations; planning work; construction investment; construction licensing, construction order management; management of construction operations, etc.

Delegates also spent time analyzing and clarifying common shortcomings in the construction licensing process, proposing to simplify procedures and accelerate support policies to reduce administrative burdens. In particular, many recommendations related to compensation and resettlement work, to ensure the rights of people affected by projects.

This is also an opportunity to introduce technological solutions in construction quality management and supervision, to improve construction efficiency and minimize errors during implementation.

Based on the opinions and recommendations of the delegates, Head of the Urban Committee of the City People's Council Le Tung Lam recorded and synthesized to report to the city leaders to direct relevant agencies to promptly study, consider, and resolve, contributing to improving the quality of construction activities in the city in the coming time.

According to the Urban Committee of the City People's Council, the seminar is an important step to create a solid foundation for cooperation between the government and the business community, aiming for a favorable, transparent and effective investment and construction environment in the city in the future.

At the same time, to improve the investment and construction environment, promote urban infrastructure development and resolve existing problems and obstacles in the licensing process, site clearance and implementation of construction projects in the city.
