On June 16th, the People's Committee of Phuoc Vinh Ward ( Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province) issued a notice seeking the relatives of a newborn baby girl who was abandoned on the roadside early in the morning.
Earlier that day, at around 5:15 a.m., Ms. TTT (residing in An Cuu Ward, Hue City) was walking for exercise when she discovered an abandoned newborn baby girl on Dang Huy Tru Street (Phuoc Vinh Ward).

Upon receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene and drew up a report. At the time of discovery, the baby girl, approximately 1.5 months old and weighing 5 kg, was placed in a pink plastic basket with accompanying items including a shirt, pants, and a baby bottle.
When the baby was found, she was in normal health. Subsequently, the authorities of Phuoc Vinh Ward entrusted her to Ms. T. (the person who found her) for temporary care.
The People's Committee of Phuoc Vinh Ward announces that within 7 days from the time of discovery, if no one comes to claim the child, the authorities will proceed with the birth registration and related procedures for the baby in accordance with the law.
Additionally, if anyone discovers information about the child's biological parents, please contact and inform the authorities of Phuoc Vinh Ward.
