The Supreme Court also confirmed the provisional results announced on Wednesday, based on votes cast at 100% of polling stations.

Faye won more than 54% of the vote in the presidential election, which was postponed last Sunday, while the ruling coalition's candidate, Amadou Ba, received only 35%.
This marks the first time an opposition candidate has won in the first round of a Senegalese presidential election since the country gained independence in 1960.
Faye campaigned on a promise to fight corruption and prioritize the national economic interest. This is particularly important to young voters in a country where more than 60% of the population is under 25 and struggling to find employment.
Faye also pledged to dedicate more state resources to helping young people. He is expected to be sworn in as the successor to outgoing President Macky Sall on April 2nd.
Mr Faye, who is backed by popular opposition leader Ousmane Sonko, has vowed to improve Senegal's control over natural resources and revive the country's economy.
Last April, Faye was charged with several offenses. Sonko and Faye were both imprisoned the following July. Both were only released on March 14th after months in jail, thanks to a political amnesty.
