Career guidance seminar, support for startups and job creation in poor communes

On the morning of November 7, at Yen Bien Luxury Hotel, Ha Giang 1 Ward, the School of Agricultural and Rural Development Management (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) in collaboration with the Department of Economic Cooperation and Rural Development, the Department of Rural Development and Quality Management of Tuyen Quang province organized a seminar on career guidance, support for start-ups and job creation for organizations and individuals in poor communes.

Delegates exchanged and shared start-up experiences.

At the seminar, delegates discussed and shared vocational training policies and start-up support for workers in mountainous areas and ethnic minorities; career development orientation associated with rural community tourism; orientation for agricultural human resource development to serve the goal of collective economic development, value chain production linkage, green ecological agricultural economy, and circulation; results and experiences of some localities, organizations and individuals in career guidance, start-up support and job creation.

The seminar aims to raise awareness and aspirations for entrepreneurship, develop entrepreneurship capacity of young people, create an environment to support young people in starting businesses to develop the country on the basis of science , technology, innovation and digital transformation; contribute to the successful implementation of the strategic goals of socio-economic development set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.
