On the evening of November 29th at the Hanoi Children's Palace, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) held the opening ceremony of Vietnam Online Friday 2024.
With the message "Proudly Vietnamese products stand shoulder to shoulder with global brands," Vietnam Online Friday 2024 is not only the biggest online shopping event of the year but also a testament to the strong progress of Vietnamese products in the era of e-commerce.

Online Friday 2024 takes place from 0:00 on November 29th to 12:00 on December 1st, including a series of attractive activities: a 60-hour online shopping event on e-commerce platforms and digital platforms in Vietnam; and the Big OFF e-commerce experience festival at Ho Guom pedestrian street and Hanoi Children's Palace with many exciting activities.
Notably, Online Friday 2024 also saw the participation of numerous content creators and operators on digital platforms (Vitamin, VTVcab, ACCESSTRADE, BLIVEE, BYSCOM, PT Group, TIKMAX). These units closely connected with brands and businesses to introduce and promote specialties from all over the country. This activity will contribute to enhancing the value of Vietnamese goods and empowering Vietnamese products to confidently compete with international brands.
As part of the program, a voucher festival organized by participating brands and businesses will provide customers with exciting shopping experiences. Specifically, e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Sendo, etc., will offer customers thousands of vouchers and promotional codes when shopping on their web and app platforms.
Consumers on Online Shopping Day will also receive OnlineFriday discount codes when using the Grab app during their shopping experience.
