Tran Quyet Chien becomes world number 1, Vietnamese billiards makes history

(Dan Tri) - After Dick Jaspers' defeat to Heo Jung Han in the 1/8 round of the World Cup, Vietnamese player Tran Quyet Chien took the world number one position in 3-cushion carom.

In the round of 16 of the 3-cushion carom billiards World Cup held in Türkiye, Tran Quyet Chien defeated his compatriot Tran Thanh Luc with a score of 50-39 to enter the quarterfinals. The joy doubled for Quyet Chien when Dick Jaspers lost to Heo Jung Han with a score of 30-50.
