From the beginning of 2023 until now, there have been 5 Special Prize sets with a total value of 16 billion 125 million VND distributed to Ninh Binh province.

Lottery issuance is a financial measure to mobilize idle money from the people into the State budget to build public welfare projects to serve people's lives through lottery tickets.
