Not only patients, but also medical staff find balance, reduce occupational stress and enhance team cohesion. For patients, some positive feedback was recorded after participating in dance/movement therapy: feeling more comfortable and happy; patients express emotions, reduce stress; movements are suitable and have positive effects on mental patients, emotions are released through each movement. This therapy is also suitable for children, helping them to participate in groups, creating a happy atmosphere.

Currently, dance and movement therapy is gradually being applied daily at Hanoi Mental Hospital, helping to diversify rehabilitation therapies and improve the effectiveness of patient care and treatment.
