Deploying the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2024

Implementing Decision No. 2245/QD-BCT dated August 21, 2024 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2024 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2024", the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh has developed a Plan to organize the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2024 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2024" in Quang Ninh province. The promotion month will be held from December 2, 2024 to January 31, 2025.

The promotion month is held simultaneously across the province, combining traditional trade activities and e-commerce to create a spread, attracting the participation of production and business enterprises in all fields. Participants include all traders implementing promotional programs in Quang Ninh province according to the provisions of law. Enterprises will proactively carry out many promotional activities with diverse and attractive content so that consumers can choose and purchase products, goods and services that ensure quality and reasonable prices.

The maximum value of goods and services used for promotion and the maximum discount for goods and services on promotion are: 100% (according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 6 and Clause 2, Article 7 of Decree No. 81/2018/ND-CP dated May 22, 2018 of the Government detailing the Law on Commerce on trade promotion activities).

Through the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2024 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2024", it will contribute to stimulating domestic consumption in general and in Quang Ninh province in particular; promoting production and business activities to contribute to the recovery and development of the country's economy, at the same time, raising awareness of consumers in the province about goods and services in the country and in Quang Ninh province.
