On June 28th, at the Department of Culture and Sports , the Organizing Committee of the "Hoa Lu Beauty Queen" Contest held a conference to discuss the organization of the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty Queen" Contest in 2024.
Delegates attending the conference listened to and contributed ideas to the plan for organizing the 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty Queen" contest in 2024. The focus was on: information dissemination, publicity, and promotion of the contest; logistics; and training for contestants... with the hope that the contest would run as smoothly as possible for the participants, ensuring a truly impressive and complete event.
Accordingly, the competition will take place from July 2024 to August 2024. The competition will consist of three rounds: preliminary selection, semi-final, and final.
The preliminary round is scheduled to take place from July 20th to 21st, 2024. The semi-final round is scheduled to be held from August 3rd to 4th, 2024. The final round will be held from August 16th to 31st, 2024.
Contestants must go through several rounds of competition, including: traditional Ao Dai costume, swimwear, self-chosen attire, and a Q&A session. The judging panel will select the 25 best contestants to advance to the final round of the competition.
For the Q&A segment, the judges will select the 5 most outstanding candidates out of 25 to participate in this round.
The competition will award the following titles: Miss Hoa Lu; Second Runner-up Miss Hoa Lu; Third Runner-up Miss Hoa Lu. In addition, there will be other titles such as: Most Talented Beauty; Most Charming Face; Best Etiquette Beauty; Best Ao Dai Beauty; Best Self-Selected Ao Dai Beauty; Best Swimsuit Beauty; Friendly Beauty; and Photogenic Beauty. Winners of the official titles will be nominated to participate in the Miss Vietnam pageant.
The 4th "Hoa Lu Beauty Contest" in 2024 is organized to honor and enhance the value of physical beauty, soul, talent, and intelligence of young women in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh . Through the contest, we aim to awaken compassion and love for our homeland, especially among the younger generation; and to preserve and promote the traditional values of women in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu - Ninh Binh during the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization.
The competition also serves as an opportunity to promote and honor the image of Ninh Binh's land and people, contributing to the dissemination and promotion of the province's famous historical sites and scenic spots, especially the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex - a World Cultural and Natural Heritage site - to a wide audience of people and tourists inside and outside the province.
