The Party Committee and Command Board of the Pù Nhi Border Guard Station have instructed the unit's Youth Union to coordinate with the Youth Union of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, specifically the Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sub-Department, and the Thanh Hoa Regional Management Unit of Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd., to implement the "Colored Feather Chicken Farming" model in the two communes of Pù Nhi and Nhi Sơn.

The Youth Union of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd., and the Commander of the Pu Nhi Border Guard Post donated chicken breeds to the people of Pu Nhi and Nhi Son communes.
Implementing Directive 681-CT/BTV dated October 8, 2018, of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command on "Assigning Party members of border guard posts to be in charge of households in border areas," the Pù Nhi Border Guard Post has connected with companies, businesses, organizations, and individuals to implement programs and models to help the people in its assigned area develop their economy and stabilize their lives.

On March 4, 2024, the Party Committee and Command of the Pù Nhi Border Guard Station instructed the unit's Youth Union to coordinate with the Youth Union of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, specifically the Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sub-Department, and the Thanh Hoa Regional Management Unit of Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd., to implement the "Colored Feather Chicken Farming" model in the two communes of Pù Nhi and Nhi Sơn. This is also one of the meaningful activities under the "March Border Month - My Homeland's Border" program.

Through this initiative, 4,000 chicks and 112 bottles of disinfectant for poultry houses were donated to 78 households under the supervision of Party members from the Pù Nhi Border Guard Post. Immediately after donating the chicks, Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized training sessions to guide the villagers on proper care techniques to ensure the chickens grow and develop well. The Pù Nhi Border Guard Post also provided initial feed and care equipment to the households.
Major Bui Van Ngai, Political Officer of the Pu Nhi Border Guard Station, said: The Party Committee and Command of the Pu Nhi Border Guard Station regularly pay attention to and do a good job of disseminating information and educating to raise awareness and responsibility among cadres and party members; assigning specific tasks to each party member to be in charge of households, monitoring, supporting, assisting and advising the people, helping them to care for and maintain the effective "Colored-feathered chicken farming" model in the area.
