Piloting the "Digital Front" platform in the work of the Front at all levels

On August 15, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a national online conference to pilot the "Digital Front" platform and train on "Application of AI in Fatherland Front work at all levels".

Comrade Pham Trieu, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and delegates attended the Conference at the Lam Dong province bridge point.

The conference was connected to 34 provinces and centrally-run cities and 3,321 Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes, wards and special zones across the country.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front emphasized: Digital transformation is a major and consistent policy of the Party and State, an inevitable path and driving force of the development process. This is a mandatory requirement for the entire political system and an urgent requirement for the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Each Front official needs to have high unity in awareness and determination in action, considering digital transformation as a top priority, a key political task, a measure of the capacity and innovation of each organization and individual.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Ba Cat, Deputy Chief of Office, Director of the Information and Digital Transformation Center of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front introduced the "Digital Front" platform.

Accordingly, “Digital Front” (access address: http://app.mattranso.vn) is a digital platform designed to closely follow the core tasks of the Front's work, a necessary tool for the Fatherland Front at all levels in the new situation, with 5 core software: Online database software; software for receiving and processing people's feedback and recommendations; Community Digital Library software to support people; virtual assistant for advising the Fatherland Front at all levels; software for monitoring the progress and results of Fatherland Front congresses at all levels.

All systems on the “Digital Front” platform are connected to each other via the OpenID single sign-on platform. One account can log in to all software. It is expected that in the next stages, the Fatherland Front will coordinate with relevant units to integrate and synchronize with the National Population Database and authenticate centrally via the VNeID application.

“Digital Front” will be a set of tools closely associated with each Front cadre at the grassroots level, contributing to the Vietnam Fatherland Front's active contribution to the national digital transformation process, bringing the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations closer to the people, close to the people and ready to serve the people.

At the conference, Front officials at all levels were also trained by digital transformation experts on “Application of AI in the work of the Fatherland Front at all levels”, in order to equip them with basic and updated knowledge about artificial intelligence (AI). At the same time, AI applications were introduced in propaganda, monitoring, social criticism, public opinion gathering and public opinion gathering. Through this, Front officials will gradually improve their digital capacity, innovate their working methods in a modern and effective direction, in line with the national digital transformation trend and practical requirements in the new period.
