The event quickly became a special cultural and political "festival," giving people the opportunity to relive glorious historical milestones and clearly feel the strong resurgence of the country today.
From early morning, thousands of people gathered at the exhibition gates. The vast space was bustling with people coming and going, from elderly people reminiscing emotionally to young people excitedly taking photos and "checking in" at the impressive exhibits. On the opening day alone, the exhibition welcomed over 230,000 visitors, demonstrating the great appeal of this national-level event.

The exhibition is designed as a vibrant journey through 80 years of national construction and development, comprising many thematic sections. The most eye-catching centerpiece is the "95 Years of the Party Flag Guiding the Way" area in the Kim Quy building.
This place recreates the glorious milestones under the Party's leadership, moving many visitors, especially veterans and the elderly, to linger and admire the arduous yet glorious revolutionary journey.

Many young people were thrilled to interact with humanoid robots for the first time and experience modern technology in the exhibition space. Among hundreds of exhibition booths, the Vietnam Digital Film Studio area became a highly sought-after destination for visitors. Here, audiences not only viewed exhibits but also directly experienced modern film technology, creating scenes with green screens and virtual reality.
Many children were delighted to "transform" into cartoon characters, young people enthusiastically checked in, and older adults were surprised to find that technology they thought was unfamiliar was actually so accessible. This vibrant experience made the Digital Studio one of the most outstanding highlights of the exhibition.

Beyond the booths of ministries, departments, and businesses, the exhibition also brilliantly showcased the cultural spaces of Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. Distinguished artisan A Biu (Quang Ngai) brought the Ba Na gongs to perform right in the heart of Hanoi ; Ms. Lo Thi Khan (Lai Chau) introduced the traditional weaving craft and the custom of blackening teeth of the Lu ethnic group... These unique cultural features attracted a large number of visitors, affirming the efforts to preserve and promote national identity.

In the publishing sector, the exhibition "Vietnamese Publishing - 80 Years of Construction, Development, and Integration" brings together thousands of books and valuable artifacts such as the 1945 Independence Newspaper and the Typo 66 printing press - historical "witnesses" of the printing industry during the resistance war. These artifacts have helped the public better understand the role of publishing, printing, and distribution in the cause of national liberation and nation-building.

The outdoor spaces of the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Public Security , showcasing modern equipment, bulletproof electric SUVs, and intelligent patrol robots, also became a focal point for young people and families. Many children enthusiastically interacted with robots and experienced virtual reality technology in the booths of Vietnam Television and Viettel, providing an experience that was both intuitive and highly educational.
In just two days, the exhibition "80 Years of the Journey to Independence, Freedom, and Happiness" has proven its strong appeal to the public. More than just a space showcasing achievements, the exhibition is also a place where history, culture, technology, and aspirations converge, inspiring pride and unwavering faith in the nation's future.
