The exhibition displays 100 valuable images and documents about General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh.

On July 1st, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee organized the opening of an exhibition themed "Comrade Nguyen Van Linh - A Steadfast and Creative Leader of the Vietnamese Revolution".

Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi; representatives from various agencies and units, and representatives of the family of Comrade Nguyen Van Linh attended the event.

The exhibition displays 100 valuable documentary images that provide an overview of the life, revolutionary career, and immense and important contributions of Comrade Nguyen Van Linh. He was involved in the revolution in the South in various capacities, from Secretary of the Saigon-Chợ Lớn-Gia Định City Party Committee, Secretary of the Southern Regional Party Committee, to Member of the Central Committee of the Southern Region.

Comrade Nguyen Van Linh was one of the key leaders who directly directed, organized and developed the revolutionary movement in the South, contributing to the victory of the General Offensive and Uprising in the Spring of Mau Than 1968 and the culmination of the Great Victory in the Spring of 1975, liberating the South and unifying the country.

With independent thinking, self-reliance, and a spirit of daring to think and act, in his capacity as Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Van Linh always closely followed and summarized the practical experiences of effective pilot projects on innovative approaches, drawing lessons learned to lead the city's development.

As the Party General Secretary in the early period of implementing the renovation process, under the leadership of comrade Nguyen Van Linh, our Party issued many important resolutions, mechanisms and policies, firmly and synchronously implemented the cause of national renovation and steered the Vietnamese revolutionary boat to overcome many difficulties and challenges, firmly moving forward on the path of building socialism for the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.

The exhibition also showcases the honest, simple life, imbued with the deep affection for his compatriots, of Comrade Nguyen Van Linh, a shining example of a resilient and courageous communist soldier who dedicated his entire life to the revolutionary cause, "utterly loyal to the country, utterly devoted to the people."

Comrade Nguyen Van Linh - an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, trained and matured in the long revolutionary struggle, is a prestigious leader of our Party, people and army, trusted and respected by comrades and compatriots, and a trusted friend of international friends.

In order to express gratitude and honor the great contributions and contributions of comrade Nguyen Van Linh to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City have built works named after comrade Nguyen Van Linh, contributing to educating historical and cultural traditions, cultivating love for the homeland and national pride for future generations.

The exhibition will take place at Lam Son Park and the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural Center from July 1st to July 5th, 2025.
